ScrapCooking Mix for Madeleines 300g

With the ScrapCooking Mix for Madeleines, baking perfect madeleines has never been easier! The mix is also perfect for customising your madeleines with lemon zest, vanilla extract, or chocolate chips!

Easily prepare light and fluffy madeleines. Mix 300 g of mix with 3 eggs and 150 g of softened butter until you obtain a smooth batter. Fill the madeleine moulds about two thirds full and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 7 to 10 minutes, until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the mould and serving.
