Easily prepare light and fluffy madeleines. Mix 300 g of mix with 3 eggs and 150 g of softened butter until you obtain a smooth batter. Fill the madeleine moulds about two thirds full and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 7 to 10 minutes, until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the mould and serving.
