Sometimes the simplest recipes are the most delicious. Just add water to this mix for crème pâtissière and you’ll have a beautifully yellow custard cream, perfect for filling cakes, pastries and pies. A no-nonsense cream with a rich vanilla flavour, exactly what you expect. This 4 kg mix is ideal for larger baking sessions.
Add 500 ml of water per 200 grams of mixture and beat for approximately 5 minutes to a smooth mass. Let the cream set for a while before using. Can be used as a filling for tarts, cream puffs and doughnuts. Can also be baked in or on a product such as a cake.
