This Colour Mill Aqua Blend food colouring is perfect for adding rich, deep colour to your creations. With the Complete Collection, you will have all colours available in your assortment. Colour Mill colourings are specially developed to deliver vibrant and intense results, even when used in small amounts.

This colouring is water based, making it ideal for applications that are more sensitive to fats or best used in dry products. It works beautifully in royal icing, macarons, meringue, fondant, jellies, beverages and more. Not only will your cakes look amazing, but Colour Mill also helps you get more colour for your money. Thanks to the high concentration, you need far less than usual to achieve brighter and more colourful results.

Simply add a tiny drop at a time to build up your desired shade. Adding more drops will increase the colour intensity, while using less creates softer hues. Build the colour gradually as you mix to achieve the perfect result. The bottle features a squeeze-top dispenser lid for improved accuracy and ease of use.

Tip: Allow the colour to settle overnight to further enhance colour intensity.

Before you begin, use the bottle lid to pierce the inner seal. Shake the bottle thoroughly to ensure the pigment is fully blended, as the colour is highly concentrated and needs to be evenly distributed.

When colouring, add the Aqua Blend gradually. Start with just a few drops and mix well before adding more, building the intensity slowly until you achieve your desired shade. Because the pigments are very powerful, a little goes a long way.

For the best and most vibrant results, allow your mixture to rest overnight so the colour can fully develop.
