With this Dr. Oetker muffin mix you can easily bake 12 natural muffins yourself. You can make variations by adding extra ingredients or decorate the muffins nicely. A simple treat that will please everyone! Bake 12 muffins quick and easily with the Dr. Oetker mix for muffins.
Preparation: Process all the ingredients at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 190°C (fan oven 180°C) and place the baking cups in a muffin tin. Mix 150g butter until soft and creamy with a mixer fitted with a paddle attachment. Add the muffin mix, 3 eggs and 50ml water to the butter and mix on the lowest setting. Then mix it all together on the middle setting for 1 minute. Divide the muffin batter between the baking cups. Bake the muffins in the middle of the oven for 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown. The muffins are done when you press down on them and they spring back up.
