Dr. Oetker Mix for Crème Pâtissière

Bake the most delicious cream puffs, pies and custards or fill your cakes, desserts and cupcakes with delicious Crème Pâtissière. This Dr. Oetker Mix for Crème Pâtissière is full of flavour and easy to make.

Directions: Put 400ml water and the Mix for Crème Pâtissière in a bowl and mix it using a whisk or an electric mixer at a medium speed. Beat the batter for one minute at the highest speed until smooth. Let the crème pâtissière stiffen up in the fridge for about 5 minutes and then fill the cake with the crème. Do you prefer an extra creamy crème pâtissière? Add 350ml of water and 250ml of whipped cream instead of 400ml of water. For a stronger crème pâtissière, replace 400ml of water with 500ml of milk.
