A pump is needed if using this bottle directly.
It is recommended to use this bottle as a refill bottle.
Hi-Float creates an impermeable film on the inner surface of the balloon, which keeps helium inside the balloon and extends the flight time of the balloon up to 25 times. Balloons treated with Hi-Float can fly for about 1-2 weeks.
The substance is water-soluble, non-toxic, and biodegradable.

Instructions for use: Place the balloon onto the pump’s rod completely and insert approximately a pea-sized amount of Hi-Float into the balloon.
Remove the balloon from the pump’s rod and rub the substance evenly around the balloon with your fingers.
Then fill the balloon with helium as usual.
