With the sugar paste press, you can easily create various thin ribbons and other patterns from sugar paste and marzipan.
The total length of the press is 16.5cm.
The press includes 20 interchangeable patterns.
The diameter of the pattern plate is 1.8cm.
Made of stainless steel.
Wash by hand with warm water before use.
Works best with Confetin marshmallow-flavored sugar paste and Funcakes sugar pastes.
If the sugar paste feels too thick and doesn’t come out of the press, soften it by kneading a little Crisco or other colorless fat/oil into the paste.
