This specially developed fondant is extra firm and elastic, making it ideal for creating details, edges, decorations and small coverings. Roll it out thinly without cracking or tearing while maintaining a subtle, even pink colour.

Thanks to its increased strength, the fondant keeps its shape beautifully, even in fine finishes and sharp lines. Perfect for romantic, baby or festive themes where a soft pink shade takes centre stage. The smooth handling ensures a clean and professional result.

• Ideal for details, decorations and small coverings with sharp edges.
• Extra firm and elastic, reduced risk of cracking when rolled thin.
• 250g fondant, perfect for accents and smaller projects.

• Knead the fondant on a clean, dry surface until smooth and pliable.
• Lightly dust the work surface with icing sugar and roll out the fondant to a thickness of 2-4mm.
• Roll the fondant up using a rolling pin and place it over the cake. Gently smooth the top with your hand.
• Smooth the sides with the palm of your hand or use a smoother for a flawless finish. Trim away any excess fondant.
• For small cracks: gently rub with your hand or use a flexi smoother while the fondant is still fresh.
• For best results: first cover the cake with marzipan, buttercream or ganache before applying the fondant.
• Store in a cool, dry place. Wrap leftover fondant airtight.
