Preparation: Remove the disc from the package and unroll it carefully. Pull on both edges of the white foil to make it flat. Cover the cake with a thin layer of butter cream. Place the sugar paste disc, white foil side up, carefully over the

cake. Remove the foil and gently smoothen the fondant on the cake. Cut off excess fondant and decorate the cake.
