Preparation: Ingredients need
to be at room temperature. Knead 500 g mix, 150 g (cream) butter and 1 egg (50 g) to a firm dough. Let it stiffen in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Roll out the dough on a floured flat surface
(3 mm thickness), cut out the cookies and bake them in the middle of the oven for approx. 12 minutes until golden. Let the cookies cool down and decorate as desired. Suitable for approx. 25 cookies of 7-10 cm, depending on thickness and shape.
