The FunCakes glucose syrup can be used in a variety of sweet recipes like desserts, confectionery, cakes and jams. Glucose syrup prevents unwanted crystallization of sugar and gives more stretch to e.g. modelling chocolate, royal icing, fondant and gum paste.
