Make soft vanilla-flavoured marshmallows in just a few simple steps. Mix 160 g of mix with 90 ml of water and heat the mixture in the microwave for approximately 2 minutes at 700 W. Then beat with a mixer for about 7 minutes until the mixture becomes light and firm. Spread it into a lightly greased or baking paper-lined tin and leave to set for at least 1 hour at room temperature. Cut into cubes and, if desired, roll in icing sugar or dip in melted chocolate.
